These are certainly more reasonable land investment costs than those stated by Obelisk investments and Sterling Knight who are dealing farmland in the UK for the Ukrainian Eurofarms, a company not even known in Ukraine as an agricultural producer. It's easy to be misled about the actual cost of land investment in Ukraine due to a number of local and international land speculators. The biggest land speculators are probably Ukrainian Agrarian Investments and Landkom. Eurofarms seems to have joint the trend of Ukraine's agricultural land speculations. Hi!
