Quality of professional staff improving in Ukraine
Ukrainian professional staff is improving its quality as the markets become more competitive and human resources more expensive. Multinational and now Ukrainian companies are increasingly forced to work on their performance. The number of training companies in Ukraine increased significantly making it easier for businesses to train personnel fast and without moving to more expensive training programs abroad.
The number of professional training companies has now reached an estimated 500 figure.
